3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Shipping Costs
Generally, prices are inclusive of shipping cost which means you don't have to pay anything for shipping.
In rare instance where shipping are chargeable:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight of the package, and the delivery destination. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
5. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are 3-5 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
6. International Shipping
We offer free international shipping to selected countries(USA, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Australia, Japan). We will pay custom duties for these countries as well.
Additional shipping charges and customs duties may apply for rest countries.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier’s website(FedEx, DHL, India Post).
8. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipping at your expense.
9. Shipping Issues

10. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and provide us with the necessary information to assist in your claim.

Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for information on how to return or exchange items. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
